1. Collaborate with the Style Department to interpret and discuss designs, proposing technical solutions.
2. Develop and create technical drawings using CAD Mozart, ensuring alignment with the defined aesthetic to produce high-quality and technically sound products.
3. Manage relationships with all internal departments involved in product development and industrialization, as well as external model makers.
4. Anticipate potential industrialization issues and identify the most suitable production methods, prioritizing quality.

1. Significant experience in a similar role.
2. Preferable previous experience within a brand's model-making department.
3. Knowledge of small leather goods products and production processes.
4. Proficiency in CAD Mozart.
5. Good knowledge of raw materials and leathers.
6. Good command of Microsoft Office suite.
7. Preferable knowledge of the English language.
8. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
9. Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
