2. Develop and create technical drawings using CAD Mozart, ensuring alignment with the defined look to produce high-quality, technically advanced items.
3. Manage relationships with all internal departments involved in product development and industrialization, as well as external pattern-making workshops.
4. Anticipate potential industrialization issues and identify the most suitable manufacturing methods, focusing on quality.

1. Significant experience in a similar role.
2. Preferable previous experience within the pattern-making department of a brand.
3. Knowledge of small leather goods products and production processes.
4. Good understanding of raw materials and leathers.
5. Proficiency in CAD Mozart.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
2. Preferable proficiency in English.
3. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
4. Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Willingness to travel.

Significant experience in small leather goods pattern making, preferably within a brand's pattern-making department.
