1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in women's footwear industrialization, including structures, molds, uppers, lasts, modeling, and materials.
2. Proficiency in footwear manufacturing processes.

1. Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level).
2. Willingness to undertake extended national travel, particularly to Veneto.
3. Availability for frequent national and international travel.
4. Strong problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Adaptability to diverse contexts and interlocutors.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
