Balenciaga Senior Trainer

1. Collaborate with the Sales & Operations team to plan and deliver the Retail Training plan, ensuring the development of retail staff and the delivery of exceptional service standards.
2. Implement retail training programs and best practices to ensure training effectiveness.
3. Support strategic initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
4. Deliver orientation, service, and product training courses to retail staff, office staff, and business partners, ensuring follow-up on training effectiveness.
5. Manage training logistics, including location, time, facilities, and support for training activities.
6. Conduct regular in-store field coaching, report findings, and work with Store Managers to follow up on results.
7. Support the Line Manager on the Client Experience Enhancement (CEE) program to continuously improve client experiences in-store.
8. Assist the Line Manager and Human Resources team in implementing retail team learning and development programs.

1. Progressive experience in training and coaching within a customer service-oriented retail environment.

1. High level of commercial acumen and fashion sense.
2. Strong self-initiative and drive for results.
3. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including outstanding presentation skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with creativity, flexibility, and self-organization.
5. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Putonghua.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Chinese Word Processing.

Candidates should have prior experience in training and coaching within a customer service-oriented retail environment.
