Balenciaga Senior Trainer

- Collaborate with the Sales & Operations team to plan and deliver the Retail Training plan, ensuring the development of retail staff and the delivery of exceptional service standards.
- Implement retail training programs and best practices to ensure training effectiveness.
- Support strategic initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver orientation, service, and product training courses to retail staff, office staff, and business partners, ensuring follow-up on training effectiveness.
- Manage training logistics, including location, time, facilities, and support for training activities.
- Conduct regular in-store field coaching, report findings, and work with Store Managers to follow up on results.
- Support the Line Manager on the Client Experience Enhancement (CEE) program to continuously improve client experiences in-store.
- Assist the Line Manager and Human Resources team in implementing retail team learning and development programs.
- Progressive experience in training and coaching within a customer service-oriented retail environment.
- High level of commercial acumen and fashion sense.
- Strong self-initiative and drive for results.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including outstanding presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with creativity, flexibility, and self-organization.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Putonghua.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
Candidates should have prior experience in training and coaching within a customer service-oriented retail environment.
