1. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to develop appropriate materials.
2. Coordinate activities between the design office, external research studios, and product development departments.
3. Oversee material and color control in collaboration with the sample warehouse.
4. Maintain prototype and sample archives.
5. Participate in meetings with the design office and product development, both on-site and in Paris.
6. Serve as the primary point of contact for the design office on research and development topics.
7. Attend industry trade shows.
8. Manage the leather goods research and development team.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in research and development within the leather goods sector, preferably with leather.
2. Previous experience working directly with design teams.
3. Excellent command of English (C1 level).
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong listening and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
7. Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
