Balenciaga Senior R&D Specialist - Leather Goods

- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to develop appropriate materials.
- Coordinate activities between the design office, external research studios, and product development departments.
- Oversee material and color control in collaboration with the sample warehouse.
- Maintain prototype and sample archives.
- Participate in meetings with the design office and product development, both on-site and in Paris.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the design office on research and development topics.
- Attend industry trade shows.
- Manage the leather goods research and development team.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in research and development within the leather goods sector, preferably with leather.
- Previous experience working directly with design teams.
- Excellent command of English (C1 level).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong listening and negotiation skills.
