1. Execute the complete assembly of prototypes, models, or custom orders.
2. Interpret patterns, technical files, and sketches.
3. Oversee alterations, adjustments, and final fittings post-tryouts.
4. Propose technical solutions to enhance garment feasibility and quality.
5. Adhere to quality standards, finishing, and deadlines.
6. Collaborate with pattern makers, designers, and the head of the workshop.
7. Contribute to the transmission of expertise to apprentices and interns.

1. Completion of CAP/BEP/Bac Pro in Fashion, Clothing, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion.
3. Proficiency in hand and machine assembly techniques.
4. Ability to read and understand pattern making.
5. Expertise in textile materials and behavior.
6. Proficiency with industrial machines (flatbed, overlock, coverstitch as needed).

1. Teamwork and strong communication skills.
2. Attention to product quality and detail.
3. Autonomy and organizational skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines (collections, fashion shows).
4. Experience in Haute Couture/Flou is required.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury or high-end fashion sector is required.

CAP/BEP/Bac Pro in Fashion, Clothing, or equivalent.
