Balenciaga Senior Financial Analyst

1. Support Balenciaga Americas business in cost control, analysis, and planning across USA, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
2. Assist in monthly closings and perform analysis on P&L, including store and corporate P&Ls review.
3. Prepare and distribute monthly business holder cost reports to corporate partners.
4. Review OPEX and manage monthly reclasses and accruals.
5. Conduct ad hoc reporting as needed.
6. Collaborate with HR to analyze monthly staff cost actuals and trends versus plan.
7. Work closely with corporate business leaders to understand departmental expenses, challenge costs, and identify risks and savings opportunities on OPEX.
8. Plan and submit corporate and store OPEX for AMER region budgets and forecast cycles.
9. Navigate and master multiple accounting systems and sub-ledgers, including SAP, HFM, and Rubis.
10. Support the compilation of reporting packages for month-end and budget.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
2. 5 years of experience in a similar role, with retail experience preferred.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Experience with SAP and HFM systems.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
6. Positive work attitude and willingness to work longer hours during peak periods.
7. Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good working relationships with international colleagues.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar financial analysis role, preferably within the retail sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $95,000 USD to $105,000 USD.
