1. Complete assembly of prototypes, models, or custom orders.
2. Interpret patterns, technical files, and sketches.
3. Conduct alterations, adjustments, and refinements post fittings.
4. Propose technical solutions to enhance garment feasibility and quality.
5. Adhere to quality, finishing, and deadline standards.
6. Collaborate with model makers, stylists, and the workshop lead.
7. Contribute to the transmission of expertise to assistants, apprentices, and interns.

1. Formal training in Fashion Design or equivalent (CAP/BEP/Bac Pro in Fashion and Apparel).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion.
3. Proven expertise in hand and machine assembly techniques.
4. Ability to read and interpret patterns.
5. In-depth knowledge of materials, fabrics, and textile behavior.
6. Proficiency in operating industrial machines (flatbed, overlock, coverstitch as needed).
7. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
8. Attention to product quality and detail.
9. Autonomous and organized with the ability to work under tight deadlines (collections, fashion shows).
10. Experience in Haute Couture/Flou is required.
