1. Monitor and promote employee awareness regarding workplace risks, aiming to mitigate and prevent potential hazards.
2. Collaborate with departmental experts to enhance security measures for retail, events, and regional projects.
3. Coordinate security personnel deployment in stores and during events.
4. Liaise with external service providers on site security projects, including access control and surveillance systems.
5. Support store openings and conduct risk assessments.
6. Conduct research and data analysis, particularly in fraud detection.
7. Assist department members with administrative tasks.

1. Currently completing a Master's degree in Security and/or Risk Management.
2. Proven experience in security within private companies or governmental institutions.

1. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
2. Organizational and planning skills.
3. Ability to implement and interpret procedures and directives.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Knowledge of the luxury and/or retail sectors is advantageous.

A minimum of one successful experience in the security domain, preferably within private or governmental sectors.

Master's degree in Security and/or Risk Management (in progress).
