1. Oversee the dispatch and return of samples for various image department shoots, including campaigns and social media.
2. Coordinate the borrowing and return of samples across different departments within the company.
3. Organize storage spaces for commercial pieces, maintaining inventory updates and tracking loans and requests.
4. Assist in the preparation for styling days in close collaboration with the creative studio, including product preparation and inter-departmental coordination.
5. Ensure the showroom and various storage locations are well-maintained.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (Bac+3/4) with a strong interest in luxury fashion, accessories, or footwear.
2. Serious, meticulous, and organized.
3. Dynamic, motivated, and proactive.
4. Proficient in English, both spoken and written, with strong computer skills.
