Balenciaga Sales Manager, Ready-to-Wear

- Execute account-specific strategies for Men's and Women's Ready-to-Wear categories.
- Cultivate active dialogue with buyers on product and brand positioning, and develop actionable proposals.
- Identify and achieve targeted sales goals through sales project conception and sales analysis review on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis.
- Supervise the training of sales staff on brand, collection, and visual merchandising.
- Attend showroom campaigns to support seasonal markets.
- Manage order entry and processing, and generate reorders as required.
- Conduct recurrent and ad-hoc analysis on category business performance.
- Drive talent development within the department, focusing on skillset growth of direct reports.
- Maintain and develop relationships with major accounts.
- Collaborate with the VP of Wholesale on strategic initiatives and departmental projects.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience managing large department store accounts with established contacts in buying departments.
- Knowledge of fashion industry and market trends.
- Understanding of sales and performance KPIs.
- Ability to work cross-functionally within the organization.
- Proficient in digital and IT skills, including MS Office.
- Expertise in Excel.
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment while respecting brand values and behaviors.
A minimum of 8 years in a similar role, with experience managing large department store accounts.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $95,000 USD to $110,000 USD.
