1. Assist in the sales ceremony, including customer reception and consultation.
2. Present the Balenciaga brand and products in a relevant and compelling manner.
3. Support in tracking alterations and customer follow-ups.
4. Collect customer information for database updates.
5. Aid in receiving, tagging, and displaying products.
6. Participate in product restocking and store organization.
7. Contribute to inventory preparation.
8. Assist in stockroom organization.

1. Beginner in sales with a strong interest in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
3. Impeccable presentation, service orientation, and persuasive skills.
4. Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity.
5. Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
