1. Drive sales results by building and maintaining a robust client portfolio.
2. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering Balenciaga's high standards of service and values.
3. Engage clients through authentic and long-term relationships, from initial contact to after-sales support.
4. Exhibit professionalism and expertise in all interactions, including communication and teamwork.
5. Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfill client requests.
6. Provide feedback on client activity and market trends.
7. Maintain display and organization according to visual merchandising guidelines.

1. Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills.
2. Existing right to work in Switzerland.

1. Fluency in English, German, and Italian.
2. Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
3. Product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong administrative and digital skills.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Previous experience in a similar role or a position with transferable skills is required.
