1. Drive sales results by building and maintaining a robust and updated client portfolio.
2. Ensure client satisfaction through adherence to Balenciaga's service standards and values.

4. Exhibit the highest level of professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
5. Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfill client requests.
6. Provide continuous feedback on client activity and market trends.
7. Maintain display and organization of all areas in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.

1. Proven experience in a similar role or a role with a transferable skill set.
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
3. Strong understanding of product sensitivity and market and fashion trends.

2. Strong administrative and digital proficiency.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar sales role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
