- Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfill client requests.
- Provide ongoing feedback on client activity and market trends.
- Maintain display and organization of all areas according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Proven experience in a similar role or a role with a transferable skill set.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
- Product sensitivity and strong knowledge of market and fashion trends.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong administrative and digital skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a similar sales or customer service role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
