- Experience working with international brands; prior sales experience is advantageous.
- Strong sensitivity and recognition of brand, apparel, and fashion trends.
- Demonstrated responsibility and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
- Excellent communication, customer relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
