Balenciaga Sales Associate
Balenciaga, a revered name in the fashion industry, was established in 1917 by Cristóbal Balenciaga in Spain and later relocated to Paris in 1937. Known for its avant-garde designs and exceptional standards in haute couture, the brand has been hailed by fashion icons like Christian Dior and Gabrielle Chanel. Balenciaga's offerings, including prêt-à-porter, leather goods, footwear, and accessories, have achieved global acclaim. Since 2015, Demna Gvasalia has served as the brand's artistic director. - Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Engage with customers to build strong and lasting client relationships.
- Provide detailed product knowledge to deliver high-quality and professional customer service.
- Ensure inventory levels and product quality are maintained; manage in-store displays and merchandise.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Adhere to all store and company policies and operational procedures.
- Experience working with international brands; prior sales experience is preferred.
- Strong sensitivity and recognition of brand, apparel, and fashion trends.
- Demonstrated responsibility and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
- Excellent communication, customer relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Competency in MS Office and other computer software.
