Balenciaga Sales Associate

- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to the Balenciaga selling ceremony and maintaining a deep understanding of the brand's history and heritage.
- Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories to meet individual and store sales targets.
- Engage with clients to discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, ensuring a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.
- Monitor and update customer information using company tools to retain existing customers and identify potential high-value clients.
- Collaborate with team members to foster open communication and propose effective solutions to enhance store operations.
- Assist in managing the visual merchandising of products in line with Balenciaga's visual standards.
- Ensure the store's functional maintenance and product availability on the sales floor, following corporate policies and procedures.
- Oversee product replenishment and conduct physical inventory checks.
- Adhere to company grooming standards as per Balenciaga's policies.
- Perform additional duties as required by the Store Manager.
- Experience in retail, department store sales, or customer service.
- Previous experience with luxury brands is preferred.
- Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) is advantageous.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
