1. Experience in department store sales or service roles.
2. Preferably experienced in apparel sales.
3. Understanding of Balenciaga's product sensitivity.
4. Interest in the luxury market and knowledge of fashion trends.

1. Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
2. Proactive and positive team player.

Previous experience in department store sales or service roles is required, with a preference for those with apparel sales experience.
