- Welcome, advise, and sell to clients, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Present the brand's DNA, particularly under the creative direction of Pierpaolo Piccioli, in a relevant manner.
- Provide personalized advice and guide clients to enhance sales and expand the client database.
- Handle transactions and manage tax refunds.
- Oversee alterations and follow up with clients.
- Collect client information for database updates.
- Receive, label, and display products.
- Replenish stock and maintain store organization.
- Prepare and participate in inventory counts.
- Organize stockroom and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.
- Proven experience in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening abilities.
- Persuasive with excellent presentation and service orientation.
- Deep product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in a third language preferred.
