- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting, advising, and selling to clients.
- Present the Balenciaga brand and products in a manner that is both appropriate and compelling.
- Offer personalized advice and guidance to clients to enhance sales and expand the client database.
- Handle transactions and manage tax-free sales processes.
- Oversee alterations and follow up with clients as necessary.
- Maintain client relationships through follow-up communications.
- Collect client information for database updates and inquiries.
- Receive, label, and display products in the store.
- Replenish stock and maintain store organization.
- Prepare and participate in inventory counts.
- Organize stockroom and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.
- Proven experience in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening abilities.
- Persuasive with excellent presentation skills and a strong sense of service.
- Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
- Bilingual in English, with proficiency in a third language preferred.
