2. Effectively present and promote Balenciaga's brand image and products.
3. Offer personalized advice to clients to enhance sales and expand the client database.
4. Handle transactions and manage tax-free processes.
5. Coordinate and follow up on alterations.
6. Maintain client relationships through follow-ups and updates.
7. Receive, tag, and display merchandise.
8. Replenish stock and maintain the boutique's organization.
9. Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
10. Organize stock and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.

1. Proven experience in luxury leather goods, accessories, or footwear sales.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening abilities.
3. Persuasive with a polished presentation and customer service focus.
4. Deep product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
5. Fluent in English and ideally proficient in a third language.
