1. Proven experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably in ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear.
2. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
3. Persuasive with excellent presentation and service orientation.
4. Strong fashion and product sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
5. Bilingual in Russian with proficiency in an additional language.
