- Present the Balenciaga brand and products in an appropriate and compelling manner.
- Provide personalized advice and guidance to clients to enhance sales and client database.
- Handle cash transactions and manage tax refunds.
- Oversee alterations and follow up with clients.
- Maintain client relationships through follow-ups and updates.
- Collect and update client contact information for the database.
- Receive, label, and display products in the store.
- Replenish stock and maintain store organization.
- Prepare and participate in inventory counts.
- Organize stockroom and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.
- Proven experience in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening abilities.
- Persuasive with excellent presentation and service orientation.
- Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
- Bilingual in English, with proficiency in a third language preferred.

Demonstrated experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear.
