- Provide exceptional customer service and sales expertise to clientele.
- Present and maintain the brand image and product knowledge of Balenciaga.
- Offer personalized advice to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
- Manage transactions, including tax-free sales processing.
- Oversee alterations and follow-up with clients.
- Maintain and update client information for CRM purposes.
- Receive, label, and display merchandise.
- Replenish stock and maintain store organization.
- Prepare and participate in inventory counts.
- Organize stockroom and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.
- Proven experience in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening abilities.
- Persuasive with a polished presentation and service-oriented mindset.
- Deep product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
- Fluent in English and preferably a third language.

A minimum of two years' experience in luxury retail sales is required.
