- Welcome and assist clients, providing tailored advice to enhance sales and client database.
- Present Balenciaga's image and products in a relevant and engaging manner.
- Handle transactions and manage tax refunds.
- Oversee alterations and follow up with clients.
- Collect and update client information for the database.
- Receive, label, and display products.
- Replenish stock and maintain the boutique's appearance.
- Prepare and participate in inventory counts.
- Organize stock and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.
- Proven experience in luxury leather goods, accessories, or footwear sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
- Persuasive with an impeccable presentation and service orientation.
- Deep product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
- Bilingual in English, with proficiency in a third language preferred.
