1. Provide exceptional customer service and sales support under the supervision of the Boutique Director.
2. Effectively communicate the Balenciaga brand image and product offerings to clients.
3. Offer personalized advice to enhance client relationships and drive sales growth.
4. Manage transactions, including tax-free sales processing.
5. Oversee alterations and follow-up with clients as needed.
6. Maintain and update client information for marketing and service purposes.
7. Receive, label, and display merchandise in the store.
8. Replenish stock and maintain store organization.
9. Assist in inventory preparation and execution.
10. Contribute to qualitative and quantitative sales reporting.

1. Proven experience in luxury leather goods, accessories, or footwear sales.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
3. Persuasive with a professional appearance and a strong service orientation.
4. Deep product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
5. Fluency in English and proficiency in a third language is preferred.
