Balenciaga Sales Associate

- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support under the supervision of the Boutique Director.
- Effectively communicate the Balenciaga brand image and product offerings to clients.
- Offer personalized advice to enhance client relationships and drive sales growth.
- Manage transactions, including tax-free sales processing.
- Oversee alterations and follow-up with clients as needed.
- Maintain and update client information for marketing and service purposes.
- Receive, label, and display merchandise in the store.
- Replenish stock and maintain store organization.
- Assist in inventory preparation and execution.
- Contribute to qualitative and quantitative sales reporting.
- Proven experience in luxury leather goods, accessories, or footwear sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Persuasive with a professional appearance and a strong service orientation.
- Deep product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in a third language is preferred.
