Balenciaga Sales Associate

- Welcome, advise, and sell to customers.
- Present Balenciaga's image and products in a relevant and adapted manner.
- Provide personalized advice and guide clients to drive sales and expand the client database.
- Handle cash transactions and manage tax-free processes.
- Oversee alterations and follow-up with clients.
- Collect and update client information.
- Receive, label, and display products.
- Replenish products and maintain store organization.
- Prepare and participate in inventory counts.
- Organize stock and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.
- Proven experience in luxury leather goods, accessories, and/or footwear sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
- Persuasive with excellent presentation and service orientation.
- Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client portfolio.
- Bilingual in English with proficiency in a third language preferred.

Confirmed experience in luxury retail, particularly in leather goods, accessories, or footwear.
