1. Provide exceptional customer service and sales support under the guidance of the Boutique Director.
2. Present Balenciaga's image and products in a compelling and relevant manner.
3. Offer personalized advice and guidance to clients to enhance sales and expand the client database.
4. Manage transactions and handle tax-free processes.
5. Oversee alterations and follow up with clients.
6. Update client information and maintain the client database.
7. Receive, label, and display products efficiently.
8. Replenish stock and maintain the boutique's organization.
9. Prepare and participate in inventory counts.
10. Organize and manage stock effectively.
11. Contribute to qualitative and quantitative sales reports.

1. Proven experience in luxury leather goods, accessories, or footwear sales.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening abilities.
3. Persuasive with excellent presentation and service orientation.
4. Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity, with an existing client book preferred.
5. Bilingual in English, with proficiency in a third language preferred.

Confirmed experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in leather goods, accessories, or footwear.
