1. Welcome, advise, and sell to clientele.
2. Present Balenciaga's image and products in an appropriate and relevant manner.
3. Provide personalized advice to develop sales and client database.
4. Handle transactions and manage tax refunds.
5. Oversee alterations and follow up with clients.
6. Collect and update client information.
7. Receive, label, and display products.
8. Restock products and maintain store organization.
9. Prepare and participate in inventory counts.
10. Organize stock and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.

1. Proven experience in luxury leather goods, accessories, or footwear sales.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening abilities.
3. Persuasive with excellent presentation and service orientation.
4. Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity.
5. Bilingual in English, with proficiency in a third language preferred.
