- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized advice and sales.
- Present Balenciaga's brand image and products effectively to clients.

- Receive, label, and display products in-store.
- Replenish stock and maintain store organization.
- Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
- Organize stockroom and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.
- Proven experience in luxury leather goods, accessories, or footwear sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Persuasive with a strong sense of service and presentation.
- Deep product and fashion sensitivity with an existing client book preferred.
- Bilingual in English, with proficiency in a third language preferred.

Confirmed experience in luxury retail, particularly in leather goods, accessories, or footwear.
