1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
3. Assist management with daily store operations.
4. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
5. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
6. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
7. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
8. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
9. Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals.
3. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
4. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

A minimum of three years in a similar role within the retail or fashion industry is required.

The hourly wage ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 USD, depending on factors such as experience and location.
