1. Drive store sales by building and maintaining a robust client portfolio.
2. Ensure client satisfaction by adhering to Balenciaga's service standards and values.
3. Cultivate authentic, long-term client relationships, from initial contact to post-sale service.

5. Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfill client requests.

1. Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills.
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
3. Keen product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends.
4. Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong administrative and digital proficiency.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Fluency in English and German.
