3. Engage in personalized client interactions to drive sales and expand the client database.
4. Manage transactions and handle tax-free processes efficiently.
5. Oversee alterations and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
6. Maintain client relationships through follow-ups and updates to the client database.
7. Receive, label, and display products in the store.
8. Replenish stock and maintain store organization.
9. Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
10. Organize stockroom and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.

1. Proven experience in luxury fashion retail, particularly in ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear.

1. Exceptional interpersonal and listening skills.
2. Persuasive communication and exemplary presentation skills.
3. Strong product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
4. Fluency in English and proficiency in a third language is preferred.
