3. Manage transactions, including tax-free processes, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
4. Coordinate alterations and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
5. Maintain and update the client database with precision.
6. Receive, label, and display merchandise in accordance with brand standards.
7. Replenish stock and maintain the boutique's visual and organizational standards.
8. Participate in inventory preparation and execution.
9. Contribute to qualitative and quantitative sales reports.

1. Proven experience in luxury leather goods, accessories, or footwear sales.
2. Exceptional interpersonal skills and active listening abilities.
3. Persuasive with excellent presentation and service orientation.
4. Strong fashion and product sensitivity, ideally with an existing client portfolio.
5. Fluent in English and preferably a third language.
