3. Handle transactions and manage tax-free processes.
4. Coordinate alterations and follow up with clients.
5. Maintain client records and update the client database.
6. Receive, label, and display products in-store.
7. Replenish stock and maintain store organization.
8. Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
9. Organize stock and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.

1. Proven experience in luxury leather goods, accessories, or footwear sales.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening abilities.
3. Persuasive with an impeccable presentation and service orientation.
4. Deep product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
5. Bilingual in English, with proficiency in a third language preferred.
