Balenciaga Sales Associate

- Welcome and assist clients, providing tailored advice and promoting Balenciaga's image and products.
- Drive sales and expand the client database through personalized customer service.
- Handle transactions and manage tax-free processes.
- Coordinate alterations and follow up with clients.
- Maintain client records and update the client database.
- Receive, label, and display products in-store.
- Replenish stock and maintain store organization.
- Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
- Organize stock and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.
- Proven experience in luxury leather goods, accessories, or footwear sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening abilities.
- Persuasive with an impeccable presentation and service orientation.
- Deep product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
- Bilingual in English, with proficiency in a third language preferred.

Demonstrated experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in leather goods, accessories, or footwear.
