1. Greet, advise, and sell to customers.
2. Present the Balenciaga brand and products effectively.
3. Provide personalized advice to develop sales and customer database.
4. Handle payments and tax-free processes.
5. Manage alterations and customer follow-ups.
6. Collect and update customer information.
7. Receive, label, and display products.
8. Replenish products and maintain store organization.
9. Prepare and participate in inventory counts.
10. Organize stock and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.

1. Confirmed experience in luxury leather goods, accessories, and/or shoes sales.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
3. Persuasive with excellent presentation and service orientation.
4. Strong product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client portfolio.
5. Bilingual in English and ideally proficient in a third language.

Confirmed experience in luxury sales, particularly in leather goods, accessories, and/or shoes.
