1. Drive sales results by building and maintaining a robust and updated client portfolio.
2. Ensure client satisfaction by consistently upholding Balenciaga's service standards and values.
3. Engage clients by fostering authentic and long-term relationships, from initial contact to post-sale assistance.
4. Exhibit the highest level of professionalism and expertise in all interactions, including communication and teamwork.
5. Collaborate closely with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfill client requests.
6. Provide ongoing feedback on client activity and market trends.
7. Maintain display and organization of all areas according to visual merchandising guidelines.

1. Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills.
2. Fluency in English and German.

2. Strong understanding of product sensitivity and market trends in fashion.
3. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong administrative and digital skills.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Previous experience in a similar sales role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
