1. Provide exceptional customer service and sales support.
2. Present and promote Balenciaga's brand image and products effectively.
3. Offer personalized advice to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
4. Handle payment transactions and manage tax refunds.
5. Oversee alterations and follow-up with clients.
6. Maintain and update customer database.
7. Receive, label, and display merchandise.
8. Replenish stock and maintain store organization.
9. Assist in inventory preparation and execution.
10. Organize stockroom and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.

1. Proven experience in luxury fashion retail, particularly in ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening abilities.
3. Persuasive with a professional appearance and service-oriented mindset.
4. Deep product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
5. Fluent in English with proficiency in a third language preferred.
