1. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to enhance customer awareness.
3. Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation.
4. Address customer complaints effectively, seeking assistance when necessary to ensure resolution.
5. Stay updated on customer requirements and operational procedures.
6. Monitor daily sales targets and employ sales techniques to achieve them.
7. Adhere to company procedures and policies, ensuring compliance in all tasks.
8. Maintain personal appearance and presentation in accordance with company standards.
9. Comply with Security and Health and Safety regulations.
10. Open and close the store as required, following company security protocols.
11. Perform additional duties as necessary within the scope of the Sales Consultant role.

1. Previous experience in a similar sales role.
2. Experience in customer service with direct customer interaction.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
