2. Support the team in achieving set targets and KPIs.
3. Contribute to creating a positive work environment and a team based on information sharing and best practices.
4. Assist in customer service and client portfolio development to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Learn and implement clienteling activities, including collecting and updating client information for efficient CRM and Client Book usage.
6. Support the team in the correct application of company procedures.
