1. Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to effectively communicate with customers.
3. Collaborate in stock replenishment and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation.
4. Address customer complaints, seeking assistance when necessary, to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
5. Stay updated on customer requirements and operational procedures.
6. Be aware of daily sales targets and employ appropriate sales techniques to achieve them.
7. Ensure understanding and adherence to company procedures and policies.
8. Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards.
9. Comply with security and health and safety regulations.
10. Participate in opening and closing the store as per business needs, adhering to company security protocols.
11. Perform additional duties within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the Sales Consultant role.

1. Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
