1. Drive sales results by building and maintaining a robust and updated client portfolio.
2. Ensure client satisfaction by consistently delivering Balenciaga's service standards and values.
3. Engage clients by fostering authentic and long-term relationships from initial contact to after-sales service.
4. Exhibit the highest level of professionalism and expertise in all interactions, including communication and teamwork.
5. Collaborate closely with the Stock team to ensure product availability and meet client demands.
6. Provide regular feedback on client activity and market trends.
7. Maintain display and organization of all areas according to visual merchandising guidelines.

3. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong administrative and digital skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Fluency in English.

Prior experience in a similar sales role or a position with transferable skills is required.
