1. Drive sales results by building and maintaining a robust client portfolio.
2. Ensure client satisfaction by adhering to Balenciaga's service standards and values.
3. Engage clients through authentic and long-term relationship building, from initial contact to after-sales service.
4. Exhibit professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
5. Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfill client requests.
6. Provide feedback on client activity and market trends.
7. Maintain display and organization in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.

1. Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills.
2. Existing right to work in Germany.

2. Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends.
3. Teamwork and independent working capabilities.
4. Strong administrative and digital skills.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
6. Fluency in English, German, and Italian.

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry or a related field is required.
