1. Drive sales results by building and maintaining a robust client portfolio.
2. Ensure client satisfaction by adhering to Balenciaga's service standards and values.
3. Engage clients through authentic and long-term relationship building, from initial contact to after-sales support.
4. Consistently exhibit professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
5. Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfill client requests.
6. Provide regular feedback on client activity and market trends.
7. Maintain display and organization according to visual merchandising guidelines.

1. Proven experience in a similar role or a role with a transferrable skill set.
2. Existing right to work in Germany required.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
2. Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong administrative and digital skills.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
6. Fluency in English, German, and Italian.

Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry or a related field.
