Balenciaga Sales Associate

- Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Engage with customers to build long-lasting relationships and act as a brand ambassador.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to deliver superior customer service.
- Ensure optimal stock levels and manage product quality, store displays, and merchandise presentation.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Adhere to all store and company policies and operational procedures.
- Previous experience with an international brand; sales experience is preferred.
- Strong sensitivity and recognition of brand, apparel, and fashion trends.
- Demonstrated responsibility and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
- Excellent communication, customer relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Competency in MS Office and other computer software.
