- Curiosity and creativity.
- Fluent Japanese communication skills; proficiency in English or Chinese is an advantage.
Previous experience in fashion and apparel sales, ideally within the luxury industry.
Annual salary system with revisions typically once a year in April. Overtime pay and transportation allowance up to 50,000 yen per month. Incentive programs based on store budget achievements and special KPIs.
