- Achieve individual sales and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
- Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including Balenciaga's history and brand message.
- Maintain an organized client book with accurate data, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or client requests.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and history to enhance client interactions and provide informed advice.
- Foster a collaborative team environment through open communication and proposing effective solutions.
- Contribute to the execution of daily operational tasks as per company directives.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strategic vision to develop the business and achieve high personal performance.
A minimum of three years in a similar role within the retail or fashion industry is required.
