Balenciaga Sales Associate

- Drive store sales by building, maintaining and evolving a robust client portfolio and pursuing revenue opportunities.
- Deliver Balenciaga’s service standards across the client journey, from welcome through after-sales follow-up, to maximise satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cultivate authentic, long-term relationships with clients through personalised outreach and sustained engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfil specific client requests in a timely manner.
- Report client activity, purchasing patterns and local market trends to management to inform commercial strategy.
- Maintain presentation and organisation of the boutique in strict accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Exhibit professional communication and teamwork, contributing to a high-performance retail environment.
- Proven experience in a sales role within luxury or premium retail, or equivalent transferable experience.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- High attention to detail and the ability to perform in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Strong product sensitivity and up-to-date knowledge of fashion market trends.
- Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Solid administrative and digital abilities, with aptitude for client portfolio maintenance and reporting.

Proven experience in a similar sales role within luxury or high-end retail, or demonstrable transferable experience that evidences client development, sales delivery and boutique operations.
Secondary education (e.g. Abitur or equivalent). Vocational training or prior retail/luxury sales education preferred.
