Balenciaga Sales Associate

- Deliver refined client accueil, personalised consultation and close sales to achieve boutique targets.
- Present merchandise and Balenciaga’s image with consistent, on‑brand visual and product knowledge.
- Develop client relationships through proactive clienteling: data capture, follow‑ups and targeted outreach to grow the client file and sales.
- Process transactions, including cash handling and tax‑free (detaxe) procedures, and manage POS reconciliation.
- Coordinate and follow up on alterations and after‑sales service.
- Receive, label, merchandise and replenish stock; maintain boutique presentation and back‑room order.
- Participate in stock counts and support inventory preparation and reconciliation.
- Contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting for the Boutique Manager.
- Proven experience in luxury ready‑to‑wear and/or accessories and footwear sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong capacity for listening and persuasive selling.
- Impeccable personal presentation and service orientation appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Highly developed product and fashion sensibility; ownership of a personal client book is an advantage.
- Bilingual in English; ability to speak an additional language is desirable.

Confirmed track record in luxury retail sales, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales objectives, strong client development and familiarity with high‑end product assortments.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or luxury goods is preferred but not required.
